We want you to be completely satisfied with your Taylor Morris eyewear, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all orders placed through our online store. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, including all protective packaging and case inserts.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the sunglasses securely in their original Taylor Morris case and box to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
